THERMATITE SERIES SECTIONAL OVERHEAD DOORS
Thermatite Door system are built stronger with Neufoam™ technology - a continuous foaming process that renders cavity-free sections. No air pocket inside the pannel ensures superior adhesion of our CFC/HCHC-free polyurethane insulation to the steel skin, preventing delamination and providing exceptional structual integrity.
The door has a higher-strength-to-weight ratio, offers a better thermal barrier (higher R-Value) and resists deflection. Sections feature thermal breaks and two continuous replacable seals to minimize air flow. Installed with our highest quality hardware components, Thermatite Doors are engineered to provide many years of worry-free operation and are suitable for a wide range of applications.

FIRE COIL
Where safety and fire protection are crucial, choose FireCoil. Raynor FireCoil fire-rated rolling doors are the standard for facilities that require a listed fire door in a rated fire wall. Provided with fusible links that automatically release to close the door at 165°F, the door's descent can also be triggered by smoke and heat detectors, a building's alarm system, or SS90 fail-safe devices. FireCoil fire-rated rolling doors are UL, C-UL, FM and CSFM-labeled.
FIRE CURTAIN
Raynor FireCurtain counter shutters are the standard for facilities that require a listed fire counter shutter in a rated fire wall. Provided with fusible links that automatically release to close the door at 165°F, the shutter can also be triggered by smoke and heat detectors, a building's alarm system, or LM21 fail-safe release devices. All FireCurtain counter shutters comply with UL, C-UL, FM and CSFM requirements for 3-hour, 1½-hour or ¾-hour fire ratings. Optional UL-labeled counter tops are also available. When safety and fire protection are crucial, choose FireCurtain.
FIRE HOIST OPERATIONS
Raynor FireHoist™ garage door operators are UL listed for use with Raynor FireCoil™ fire-rated rolling doors, as well as for retro-fit applications where existing fire doors require new operators. Available in a variety of HP options, Raynor FireHoist offers helical, spur and planetary gear drive designs. Your Raynor Dealer will help you select the operator and accessories that are suited for your door's size and usage.
